  • Yes. All our designs and installations meet the NYC DOT guidelines, including current safety, maintenance, accessibility, and clearance requirements. We stay updated on any policy changes to ensure your setup remains compliant.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in custom modular fabrication and can tailor materials, colors, finishes, and layouts to reflect your brand and space. Our design team works closely with you to create an inviting dining experience.

  • While we don’t file permits directly, this is the responsibility of each individual restaurant, we provide all required drawings, specifications, and documentation needed to support your application to the NYC DOT. Upon request, we can also refer you to permit expediters who specialize in outdoor dining approvals.

  • We use high quality, weather-resistant materials such as pressure-treated wood, galvanized steel, composite decking, and UV-protected finishes, all designed to withstand New York’s year-round climate.

  • Yes! We offer seasonal removal, professional disassembly, transport, and storage. When you’re ready to reopen, we’ll reinstall your structure and ensure it’s in perfect condition.

  • Once your outdoor café is taken down, we carefully label, inventory, and transport all components to our secure storage facility. Before reinstalling, we inspect, clean, and perform minor repairs if needed, so everything is ready for the next season.

  • Yes. We provide refurbishing and repair services, including repainting, replacing damaged panels, structural reinforcement, and upgrading old setups to meet current regulations.

  • Timelines vary depending on the size and design, but most projects are completed within 6–8 weeks. We can also accommodate rush requests when scheduling allows.

  • Pricing is primarily determined based on size, as well as materials, and level of customization. We provide free estimates after a site visit or design consultation. Deposit is required to begin fabrication.

  • No, we do not store units that are not fabricated by us.
